Overview
Sometimes, due to painful life experiences, a person is knocked off track in his or her development. Unconscious factors create patterns of behavior that limit one's ability to experience happiness and freedom in areas of relationships, work, and leisure. Our work together will produce breakthroughs in the limits you knowingly or unknowingly impose on yourself based on past experiences. I am profoundly moved and humbled when I am a part of this process.

My training as a psychoanalyst was completed at the Seattle Psychoanaltyic Society and Institute (SPSI), where I am a faculty member. My Masters in Social Work is from Columbia University; I completed a two-years post-masters program before commencing full psychoanaytic training. I am certified in psychoanlaysis by the APsaA.

I provide confidential short and long-term psychotherapy and psychoanalysis to adults, couples, adolescents and children from diverse backgrounds for anxiety, depression, trauma, work issues, grief and loss, parenting, ADHD, and relationship problems.
