I have 18 yrs experience working with challenging kids & supporting parents & adults in special education & mental health. Special interests are in: anxiety, PTSD, special needs kids & families,coaching parents, eating disorders, chronic pain, grief & loss. I blend cognitive/behavioral, family systems & existentialism with art & play therapy wherever appropriate.

I help people become more aware of how they think and feel and act. Art therapy helps people vent & get perspective. I have specific techniques I teach using simple drawing exercises, storyboarding(like comics) and a long list of self soothing ideas to help you build awareness, motivation & take action.”
