Overview
Do you ever feel stuck and that no matter what you try, things just don't seem to change? Often, therapy can be helpful in allowing us to explore those places we feel stuck and to find new strategies for coping and relating to others.

My approach to therapy is relational and I use different methods to address the needs of each person. I offer general psychotherapeutic services, specializing in working with mood disorders, anxiety, adjustment disorders and family/relational issues. I work with children, adolescents and adults.
