Experience counseling in a way that works for you. My goal is to help make each day a little brighter than the last. If you are struggling with anger management, depression, self esteem, anxiety, relationship problems, family disconnect, or a feeling that something is missing from your life, I would love to help you find a way to reconcile those feelings. We will design a plan together using a style that best suits your needs. I am a dynamic and energetic solution-focused clinician who will work to help you achieve your goals in an efficient manner. From traveling through multiple countries and soaking up culture to spending an ample amount of time in the outdoors, I bring my sense of adventure and zest for life to each session.
I have been providing individual, group, couple, and family therapy since 2001. Certifications include DBT, CBT, Multisystemic Therapy, Experiential Therapy, and Collaborative Problem Solving.
Taking the first step is always the most difficult, we will figure out the rest as we go along.
