Overview
What is preventing you or your child from thriving? My work with adults, adolescents and children centers on helping people meet their full potential at school,at work,and in their relationships. I take a strength-based, solution-focused approach and have extensive experience working with adolescents, parents and teachers in boarding school environments. I also work with families and with couples. My practice is grounded in the belief that we create much of our suffering, and thus have the power to overcome it.
I blend cognitive behavioral techniques with extensive practice in meditation and mindfulness. My intention is always to help you ameliorate anxiety, depression and stress by discovering and creating conditions under which you will thrive.
I have two offices, one at 327 Main Street in the center of Lakeville, CT, the other at 128 Garden Street in Farmington, CT. Phone sessions are available if time, geography or physical limitations make a visit to my office difficult.
