I have expertise and experience working with people who are struggling with psychological, relationship, and mental illness issues. I use a holistic approach seeking to work with the mind-body model. With experience from years of meditation, I offer strategies and skills to improve focus and concentration and integrate mindfulness into daily life.

I provide short term problem focused counseling as well as longer term psychotherapy working on uncovering unconscious reasons behind your choices to help you make meaningful and more successful life decisions. I have experience working with refugee/immigrant clients. I am bilingual in Vietnamese.
