Overview
Are you contemplating a divorce? Maybe you're in the middle of one or have even completed the divorce process? Regardless of where you are, I understand that there are a lot of life changes taking place. Serious life changes that can make you second guess yourself or even question where and how to move forward. Whether or not you were the one who asked for the divorce, everyone goes through an adjustment period, which includes a grieving process. The key is to get through this rollercoaster of emotions and come out on the other side a healthier and happier individual. As The Divorce Coach, I can help you through this.

Divorce Coaching is not therapy - though I am a licensed therapist. The Divorce Coaching relationship is typically a short one, often times a single phone call, but sometimes it can take a few sessions to achieve your goal. We can work on pre-divorce, current divorce or post-divorce issues. We can also work via phone, email or in person in our office.
