Overview
I specialize in two areas that I often combine:
RELATIONSHIP COUNSELING: Do you feel overwhelmed when you try to discuss issues with your spouse or partner? Do you find you can't even ask for what you want? Or do outside life problems interfere with your ability to feel close and nurtured? Intimacy can often be found even when you have lost it for years.
TRAUMA THERAPY: Panic attacks, depression, continuous anxiety and most mental health diagnoses have their roots in trauma, sometimes going back to infancy. I am expert in using EMDR Therapy,EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and relaxation methods, even hypnosis to discover the roots of your anguish and to help resolve them. These methods can often resolve issues very quickly. I also have many years experience in working with people with Dissociative Disorders that may result in spaciness, hearing voices, strange diseases or physical pains that come and go, or a feeling someone is overhearing whatever you say or even think. And these issues can be often be resolved so you can function without them. You don't have to suffer forever. As you heal I help you find joy and purpose in your life.
