Overview
I work with a variety of issues. At the core, I connect with my patients in astrong personal way. I am intuitive and skilled with regard to empathy and interpreting feelings,thoughts, and bewhavior. I readily connect the heart and head, and help people get unstuck and translate internal changes into behavioral changes.

I combine a variety of approaches through individual, group and couples therapy.The main ones being interpersonal, psychodynamic, and cognitive. I see the therapy relationship as a microcosm of other relationships. I help clients explore the past and its impact on the present, as well as starting with present issues to creat movement in therapy.

I have worked in the therapy field for numerous years. I keep up with recent developments. I am a Board Ceritfied Diplomate in Counseling Pyschology, as well as a member of the Board of Counseling Psychology, part of the American Board of Professional Psychology. I work with groups, couples and individuals. My practice is diverse, and overall is a mixture of straight, gay, and lesbian clients
