Amanda P Bailey, LMHC
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Washington: LH00010781)

Overview
I believe that much of our life's work happens during the times we feel most distressed. This is why the thought of seeking therapy may feel painful, but can also be so rewarding and life-changing. If you are feeling like things are not where they should be in your personal life or relationship, it may be the perfect time to turn uncomfortable or confusing feelings into insight. If it is couples therapy you are considering, I believe that effective couples therapy will strengthen the relationship and should also create and foster personal growth for the individuals within the relationship.
I work with individual adults as well as couples, and generally weave together theories that emphasize a collaborative relationship between therapist and client.
I work with married, non-married, and same-sex couples, as well as individuals; and with couples or individuals around problems and relationship stresses related to in-laws.
