Overview
My clinical experience includes traditional therapy, child and adolescent therapy and family therapy. I work with individuals who are experiencing life transitions, mood disorders, psychological or spiritual problems, challenges in interpersonal relationships or who wish to improve their parenting or life skills. I encourage my clients to be active participants in the therapy process and support them as they accomplish their therapeutic goals.
If you feel like you have become stuck, can't figure out how to move on, or where to begin, give me a call. I will help you to identify, evaluate and challenge the patterns of thinking and behavior that are holding you in place.
I will also help you to develop new skills that will allow you to move on, get out of feeling "stuck," and live your life again.
