I have been a practicing psychotherapist for 30 years. I am a Nationally Board Certified Clincial hypnotherapist. I am also Certified by the Academy of Certified Socials Workers. I am highly experienced in working with adult individuals struggling with issues of depression, anxiety, life transitions and low self-esteem. My operational style is solution oriented and goal directed. I use a multi-model approach that blends learning, object relations, developmental and energy theories. The mind-body-spirit paradigm of well-being, integration and wholeness is the core of my approach. My interpersoanl style is reflective, direst, humorous and collaborative in nature.
