I am an Integrative Psychotherapist. I believe in working with you as a complete individual, "Mind, Body, Spirit." Each unique individual will benefit by a custom designed Treatment Plan that is effective for YOU. My eclectic style offers that flexibility in a professional, peaceful, and safe environment. I believe strongly in working as part of your team with other professionals such as Psychiatrists, Acupuncturists, Personal Fitness Trainers, Certified Nutritionists, Licensed Massage Therapists, School Teachers, etc. This provides an integrative and successful way to be a healthier and happier individual.

After an evaluation, WE come up with a plan that works for YOU. My Clients have described me as profoundly knowledgeable, effective, easy to work with, and very safe. Some of my strengths are being compassionate, non-judgmental, and helpful by assisting you to take charge of your own life.
