Therapy can be a life-changing endeavor where client and therapist are working together collaboratively. My goal is to help my clients develop the tools they need to move through life with a sense of well being. I am excited to work with my clients on their journey of personal development.

My approach is warm yet direct. My focus in therapy for my clients to understand their choices and how they are impacting their lives; we can gain control of our behaviors, and our responses to life's problems. I believe that we all have the capacity for change; therapy is a great way to start.”
