Jacob Spilman is a license professional counselor and licensed marriage and family therapist in downtown Portland Oregon.

Using a warm, humorous and common sense approach, Jacob works with individuals and couples. He specializes in marital counseling, pre-marital counseling, addictions, co-dependency, issues pertaining to adult children of alcoholics, major life transitions and adjustments, ending relationships, establishing relationships, and a variety of emotional and psychological issues.

Mr. Spilman utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, strength-based solution-focused counseling and hypnosis for short-term issues; and psychodynamic psychotherapy for long-term issues.
