I hold 2 Master Degrees in Marriage Family and Career Counseling. I seek
to provide a safe and caring therapeutic environment, combining both
education and therapy. As a result of my training, and extensive
experience I am able to quickly assess the core of my clients' problems,
then provide clear, concise guidance in the resolution of those problems.

The environment I strive to create is supportive, yet goal oriented
and
solution focused. I use a cognitive-behavioral approach, providing
options and tools necessary to make immediate changes in my clients'
lives. Problems in our lives, when embraced, offer opportunity for growth
and change within, but it can be a lonely and challenging process. With
over 15 years of therapeutic experience, I understand. My office is
quiet and confidential, and is located freeway close in central Orange
