Overview
The poet Rilke once wrote: "Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves," but learning how to be patient can be a challenge in today's fast-paced world. As a licensed psychotherapist, I offer my clients the gift of time to find the answers that lie within. Life is full of transitions and passages, and change requires both curiosity and grace. I have served my clients in many different settings. These include hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, juvenile detention facilities, home health and hospice agencies. My practice modalities with children, adolescents, families and individuals include cognitive, behavioral, psychodynamic and solution-focused techniques.

I specialize in issues related to aging and geriatrics, chronic illness and caregiving, serving patients and their families as a case manager.
