My professional passion is helping people forge new, more positive pathways for themselves thereby creating more satisfying and fulfilling lives. I am an interactive psychologist who combines humor and gentle confrontation to help my clients change and grow. Life is often a struggle and can be challenging even at its best. It just makes good sense to invite a professional to help traverse those rough spots along the way. This is what I do and what I love. The past is important in understanding how you arrived at where you currently are. It is not where you need to stay. I help people learn to make different choices and decisions in their lives in order for their future to be more satisfying than either their past or present.

My passion is working to reduce the frustration and pain between men and women - promoting appreciation for the uniqueness and value of each other. I utilize techniques and training from major marital and couples researchers (John Gottman, Alyson Armstrong, Rori Raye) designed to build deeper understanding and greater intimacy between the sexes.
