Overview
I have over twenty years of experience treating disorders such as depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders and family discord; as well as more severe emotional difficulties. I have a laid back style and am very down to earth. People have always found me easy to talk to. I create a comfortable environment where trust can develop and my clients can feel heard and supported. I want my clients to feel confident that they will gain the skills needed to reach their goals. I use a variety of methodologies, such as Systems Theory, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Client Centered. I choose what works best for each client.

With infertility, so many strong emotions come up. If you are struggling with this you may feel that no one really understands what you are going through. This time can be very stressful both personally and financially. There are many options to consider and this can feel overwhelming. I have both personal and professional experience with infertility and am passionate about helping people through this!
