Overview
I pride myself on being a caring, collaborative and empathetic Licensed Psychotherapist who focuses on achieving early symptom reduction. Together with my patients, we identify and examine the thoughts, emotions and behaviors that contribute to their discomfort. We explore the changes, and techniques for implementing those changes, that will lead to greater happiness and fulfillment.

My areas of expertise include individual and couples counseling on a variety of subjects such as interpersonal relationships, work-related anxiety, other types of anxiety, depression, sex therapy, LGBTQ concerns, infidelty, self-esteem and dating and pre-martital issues. If you are experiencing troubling emotions and/or behaviors, then I am confident that I can help.

I counsel using the most effective and evidence-based forms of therapy, including Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and Imago Therapy. Treatment is confidential and without discrimination on the basis of religious preference, sexual orientation, or any other attribute.

I see patients in my Manhattan office and am available for sessions by telephone or Skype.
