Overview
There are two ways of perceiving our journey here on this earth. One says that we are imperfect human beings needing to fix ourselves and learn how to be spiritual. The other says that we are spiritual beings, already perfect, and practicing to become more human.

My work is based on the latter understanding. Clinical hypnotherapy is an excellent tool that empowers us to dissolve the trances of addiction, shame, depression and anxiety. When these are released, our natural joy, love and wisdom are allowed to spring forth from within. Happiness is an inside job!
