I believe that crisis equals opportunity. A crisis that brings someone to therapy can be used as a pathway to growth and opportunity. With the proper environment of safety and compassion, an individual can heal almost any wounding whether it happened in childhood or adult life. I have been offering this environment to clients for over 20 years, love my work and plan to be doing it for many more years.

I feel that I am most effective with couples, individuals and groups. I am eclectic...drawing from a variety of theoretical approaches using whatever may be appropriate with a certain individual or situation at the time. For many years I have offered a warm, compassionate environment for people to grow.

I have had a variety of life experiences in my many years and believe I have used those experiences to grow and enrich my life. I believe having been through those experiences my ability for empathy and understanding of many situations have increased.
