I have been a psychotherapist for over 30 years, the majority of this time has been spent in private practice treating adults and older adolescents in individual, couple and group psychotherapy. My style is fairly eclectic using techniques and interventions tailored to specific issues and clients. I attempt to help clients explore their feelings and life situations so that they can make better choices and decisions for themselves which will allow them to experience their authentic selves and to move forward with their lives in a productive way.
